What is the Loyalty Rewards Program?
Loyalty Rewards is Earth Harmony's loyalty program. It’s our way to show appreciation to our loyal customers. The program is FREE to join. Create an account at earthharmony.com. You'll get 10 points just for signing up. If you already have an account with us, you are already a member. Each time you come back, log in to track your progress and transaction history so you can use your points.
How do I become a Loyalty Rewards member?

Each time you come back, log in to track your progress and transaction history so you can use your points.
How does it work?
We automatically track the points you earn every time you shop with us. Make sure you log in before you shop online so you can earn points on purchases. Once you have enough points you can redeem for a discount or a free product from the Loyalty Rewards page.
Do my points expire?
The points you accrue don't expire as long as you shop and earn Loyalty Rewards points. However, after 6 months of rewards account inactivity, all points within the account will expire.
How do I check my points balance?
Once logged in, you can check your point balance on both the Loyalty Rewards page.
Can I transfer or merge my points between two different accounts?
While you can accrue points on two or more separate accounts (depending on which account you're logged in with), you cannot transfer or merge points.
How do I access exclusive sales, offers, and first access to Earth Harmony events?
For Earth Harmony Loyalty Rewards members, the exclusive offers will be announced in our newsletter. Make sure you're subscribed to our newsletters and add us to your contact list so they don't end up in your spam folder.
I have enough points, why can't I redeem them?
First, make sure you're logged in to your account prior to checking out. If, after logging in, the drop-down is still empty, please try some troubleshooting methods including disabling any ad-blockers, logging in via an incognito window, clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
Reward points earned from the returned purchase will be deducted from your account. If you had redeemed points to purchase on a returned item, the points will be issued back to your points balance. Please allow 48 hours once your return has been processed for the reward points to appear in your account.
Can I earn points on past purchases?
Points will not be applied to orders placed before 12/08/2025. You can earn points on all future purchases when logged into your account.
How do I find my rewards discount code?
Once logged in, you can locate your redeemed discount codes by heading over to the Earth Harmony Loyalty Rewards page. Then, click on the Rewards History button right below the points balance. There will be a pop-up displaying all your actions, points used and status which includes your discount code. Why has the discount code not been applied to my order total?
After you redeem your discount, you will need to copy the code that appears on your screen and paste it into the discount code field during checkout. You will receive an email with the discount code for your reference and in case you need to locate this code for future use, you can head over to the Loyalty Rewards page and click on the Rewards History button.
How can I use my discount on my subscription?
Head over to the Loyalty Rewards page and locate the 'How to Use Your Points' section. Select the discount that you wish to redeem that has "...Existing Subscribe & Save Order" and it will automatically be applied to your next highest priced subscription order. Once the shipment date nears, your subscription order will be created and the discount will be applied.
You could potentially have multiple active subscriptions. In this scenario, we will use the subscription that has the highest price. This means if you have a $10/mo subscription and a $25/mo subscription we will apply the coupon to the $25/mo subscription. The reason for this was if you were redeeming a $15 coupon code you would not want to apply it to the $10/mo subscription and lose $5 of value.
Each subscribe and save order "charge" can only have one discount code applied to it. As such, we not only rank charges by amount but also filter them to bypass the charges that already have a discount applied. So, if you had three charges: $35/mo with a discount already applied, $25/mo, and $10/mo, We would apply the discount code to the $25/mo subscription.
It is possible we cannot auto apply the discount because you don't have an eligible charge (either you have no upcoming charges or all of your charges already have a discount applied). In this case, you will not lose the points you used and the request will fail. We will only deduct points after a successful charge.
Please note, points are not automatically applied until you select 'Redeem' and confirm by selecting "Yes".
You can confirm that it has been applied by logging in to your account, viewing your subscriptions and viewing the upcoming order to see that the coupon has been applied.
Why is my discount code not valid?
Unfortunately, you cannot combine multiple rewards in a single order. It's possible your code might not be valid if you have a free product in your cart. You can always use the discount code for a future order. Just head over to Loyalty Rewards page and check your Rewards History if you need help finding the discount code. Rewards discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes.
How do I exchange points for a free product?
Adding a regular-priced item to your cart is required in order to redeem a free product with your points.
How do VIP tiers work?
Tiers
The Loyalty Rewards program is free to enroll. There are three (3) eligible tiers of Membership. The Member will graduate to the next tier automatically upon meeting the tier’s qualifications as follows: The first tier (“Seed”) is achieved upon enrollment in the Loyalty Rewards Program. Loyalty Rewards members earn one (1) Point for every $1.00 spent on Eligible Product Purchases. The second tier (“Sprout”) is achieved when the Member spends over $300.00 on Eligible Product Purchases. As a Sprout Member, the Member earns 1.5 Points for every $1.00 spent on Eligible Product Purchases. The third tier (“Bloom”) is achieved when the Member spends over $600.00 on Eligible Product Purchases. As a “Bloom” Member, the Member earns 2 Points for every $1.00 spent on Eligible Product Purchases.
Tier Terms
Tier terms are on a rolling year basis. A dynamic 12-month period starts when you reach a certain tier. Only actions from the past 12 months will be counted toward tier eligibility.
Example:
If today is January 1, 2026, all purchases made since January 1, 2025 will count towards his or her tier eligibility.
Earning Periods
The next earning period is a year after the date the VIP tier is earned.
Example:
If you earned the Sprout Tier on May 5, 2023, your next earning period would begin on May 5, 2024.
*Exclusions: Earth Harmony Loyalty Rewards Program is free to join, and no initial purchase is required. Wholesale customers are excluded from earning points on their orders. Points will expire after 6 months of inactivity with an account, including redeeming points or placing an order. Tiers are based on the amount spent from December 8, 2025 onwards. Multiple rewards cannot be combined in a single order. Rewards discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes.
